DMCA Policy
At Shrimp Tempura, we are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and expect our users to do the same. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to notify us of alleged copyright infringement and for users to submit a counter-notification if their content has been wrongfully removed.
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If we receive such a notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the content identified as infringing and take appropriate action against the alleged infringer, which may include termination of service in the case of repeat infringers.
